
Governor Adams Oshiomhole casts his vote at unit 1, ward 10, Iyamho primary school
Shortly after doing that, he dismissed claim by the Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu that governors Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna state and Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos state were in Edo state to manipulate the on-going election.
He made this known on Wednesday while briefing newsmen shortly after he cast his vote at his polling unit. Refuting the claim, Oshiomhole said that Ambode and El-Rufai were presently in United Kingdom, UK and Kaduna respectively and not in the state as claimed.
While commending the voters for coming out en-mass to cast their votes, he expressed optimism that the election would be free and fair and his party would emerge victorious. 12.30pm’ Governor Adams Oshiomhole has finally arrived at unit 1, ward 10, Iyamho primary school to cast his vote.

Police have intervened and normalcy has been restored 11.54am’ Voting almost ending in PU12/11/07/001, Ikpoba Okha LG. Voters turnout low. 11.47am’ Voting is on going at Olua primary school Benin, Ward 7, unit 3-10. Lots of security operatives are on ground here.
