Man who served 8 Nigerian presidents to be buried Friday


The remains of the late Director of Information in the Presidency, Justin Abuah, will be laid to rest in Abuja on September 16, an official in the Presidency has said.
The information is contained in a statement issued on Wednesday in Abuja by Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Mr. Adesina who quoted a burial programme released by the Abuah family, said the interment will take place at the Apo cemetery after a funeral service at Our Lady Queen of Nigeria Pro-Cathedral in Area 3, Garki, Abuja at 10 a.m.
He said that the Service of Songs and Night of Tributes will hold on September 15 at the National Press Centre, Radio House, Area 10, Abuja, at 5 p.m.
Mr. Abuah who was the Head of Department in the Media and Publicity Department in the State House passed away in an Abuja hospital on August 14.
The late Director of Information worked in the Presidency for 30 years, serving eight Nigerian Heads of State, from 1986 -2016.
