Two Kills As Boko Haram Suicide Bomber Strikes

Two persons were killed on Wednesday night in a suicide bomb attack in Maiduguri, Nigerian Police has said.

Suspected Boko Haram suicide bomber is believed to be responsible for the attack which has outside Muna Garage, a busy bus station that has become a major target for the insurgents.
Speaking with journalists, spokesman for the Borno State Police Command, Mr. Victor Isuku, said, “At about 2106hrs of 23/11/2016 (Wednesday), an explosion occurred at Muna garage along Gamboru Ngala road Maiduguri.
“Two persons including the suicide bomber died on the spot, while a Mercedes Benz car with registration number, AX 571 ABJ which was parked by the road side was damaged by the impact of the explosion.”
According to him, normalcy had already been restored in the area.
