I recently watched a show on Tv where they talked about Nigerian meals that are tasty to us but would seem weird or disgusting to foreigners and they mentioned okro because of its slimy nature, made me laugh. Who else has ever tried finishing their plate of okro in one slurp.
Except grating nd cutting your okro (which would take time and might hurt your fingers) there’s a newer, faster and more improved way of processing your okro and that’s by blending it.
