NAVY WARNS SEA PIRATES
THE Nigerian Navy has warned sea pirates and other criminals operating within the nation’s waterways to leave or be ready to be crushed by its men.
The Flag Officer Commanding, Eastern Naval Command, Rear Admiral James Oluwole, issued
the warning on Thursday during the launch of “Exercise Sharkbite” at the Nigerian Navy Ship Okpabana in Onne, Rivers State.
Oluwole said, “We are warning sea pirates, hijackers, those involved in illegal bunkering and other crude oil theft to stay away from our waterways or be ready to be crushed.”
