Taylor Swift's Alleged Stalker Arrested for Following Her in Texas

Taylor Swift can rest a bit more easily—at least for today—as another one of her alleged stalkers has been arrested.

E! News can confirm Frank Andrew Hoover, 39, was put behind bars on Thursday after Austin police officials arrested him following an incident that occurred on October 22.
We obtained the police documents, which say Hoover stalked Swift after her concert at the Formula 1 race, allegedly following her motorcade back to the airport where a private jet picked her and her parents up. The documents say he got within 50 feet of Taylor's car before bodyguards noticed him and asked what he was doing.
He reportedly told them that he was trying to get a photo and "possibly accompany Taylor wherever she goes."

The incident violated a previous protection order Swift had filed in Kansas that required Hoover to stay at least 500 feet from the singer. Thus, police found and arrested him on Thursday. He is currently being held on $100,000 bail.

Hoover had been hounding Swift and her family for months. According to the documents, he sent continuous emails to her father, Scott Swift, from August 28 until October 27.

One of the messages said God told him to find Swift and her father. Hoover wrote, "Without her, I walk the earth alone forever and she'll continue to experience failed relationships that break her heart."

After the incident, Hoover began writing threatening emails to Scott with messages that read, "God is going to kill all the Swifts and then the issue will go away." He also included a photo of the singer with a caption that read, "A whore named Satan dies," in red.
